1. About these terms

This website and service are operated by MEDIA CRAFTERS, a business registered in India (“Printiger”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and “you” means that business.

3. Your account

• Accounts are created and secured using your mobile phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your registered number and device secure.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• If you lose access to your number, account recovery is handled manually by our staff after identity and order-history verification.

4. Products and custom manufacturing

• Our products are custom-manufactured to your specification and artwork. They are made for you after you place and pay for an order.
• On-screen previews, colours, materials, and finishes are indicative. Printed colour can differ from what you see on a screen, and slight variation between production runs is normal.
• Cutting, sizing, and registration have small manufacturing tolerances (typically up to ±1mm). Output within tolerance is not a defect.
• We may decline or limit orders for specifications we cannot produce to an acceptable standard.

5. Pricing and quotations

• The calculator gives you an instant estimate. The binding price is the amount our server calculates and locks when you place the order, shown to you for confirmation before payment.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless stated otherwise, prices shown to customers are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (18%). Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before payment.
• Prices, materials, and discounts may change over time, but once your order is placed and paid, the confirmed price for that order does not change.
• If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.

6. Artwork and your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own, or have all necessary rights and licences to use and reproduce, every logo, image, text, and design you upload.
• You grant Printiger a limited licence to use, reproduce, adapt for print, and store your artwork for the purpose of quoting, producing, and delivering your order and enabling reorders.
• You are responsible for checking your artwork and order details — spelling, layout, dimensions, quantity, colours, and print-readiness (resolution, bleed, safe margins). Unless we expressly agree to provide a proof, we print the files as supplied.
• We may refuse or halt any order whose content is unlawful, infringing, counterfeit, hateful, obscene, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited under section 9, and cancel it with a refund of amounts not already spent on production.

7. Orders, payment, and acceptance

• Placing an order creates a record in our system with a reference number. This is an offer to buy; a binding contract forms only when we confirm your payment and accept the order.
• Full payment is required upfront through our payment gateway, Cashfree. We do not offer advance, partial, split, or credit payments. One order has one payment.
• Your order is confirmed only after Cashfree notifies us of a successful payment for the exact amount. If a payment fails, is dropped, or the payment session expires, the order stays unpaid and you can try again.
• We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of amounts paid) for reasons including suspected fraud, a content or policy violation, our pricing or stock error, or inability to produce the specification.

8. Production and turnaround

Production begins after your payment is confirmed and, where relevant, after any artwork clarification is resolved. Any turnaround time we show is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays caused by unclear or unusable artwork, or by your delayed response to a clarification request, are not our responsibility.

9. Shipping and delivery

• We deliver anywhere in India. Delivery is charged at a flat rate, shown before payment, and is free above a minimum order size.
• Delivery timelines are estimates that run from dispatch, not from order placement, and depend on the courier and destination.
• You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient. Re-dispatch after a failed delivery or return-to-origin may attract additional charges.
• Non-delivery, loss in transit, and damaged-in-transit situations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

You can withdraw an order at any time before payment at no cost. After payment, there is no self-service cancellation; change and cancellation requests are handled manually by our staff and are subject to how far production has progressed. Refund eligibility, defect handling, and the process are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Printiger or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our permission. Your artwork remains yours; you only grant us the licence described in section 6.

12. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You agree not to use the service to order, upload, or transmit anything that:

• infringes another person’s intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
• is counterfeit, or misrepresents a brand, certification, or origin;
• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination;
• is deceptive, fraudulent, or intended to mislead consumers;
• relates to regulated or prohibited goods you are not authorised to label or sell; or
• attempts to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the website or other users’ data.

13. Disclaimers

The website and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that printed output will exactly match on-screen previews. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printiger’s total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity. This section does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Printiger harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or from any artwork or content you supplied, including third-party intellectual-property or publicity-rights claims.

16. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, power or network failures, strikes, government action, and courier or supplier disruption.

17. Third-party services

We use Cashfree for payments, Supabase for platform infrastructure, and WhatsApp / SMS providers for notifications. Your use of features that depend on these is also subject to those providers’ terms and policies.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below and to any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer forum where you reside, the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Grievance redressal

For any complaint about the website, an order, or these terms, contact our Grievance Officer at printigerinfo@gmail.com or the address at the end of this page. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within the timelines required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place an order. Significant changes will be highlighted with a new “last updated” date.
